KOJO CARE

Your Kojo jewelry is designed to last for generations. With just a few simple practices, you can keep it radiant and beautiful for years to come.

General

Store each piece separately to prevent stones and metals from rubbing or scratching each other. When possible, use your original Kojo case for storage. Avoid exposing your jewelry to hard knocks or shocks that may affect its structure and brilliance. To clean most jewelry; use a very soft brush dipped in mild soapy water, gently scrub, then rinse and blot dry with a soft, non-lint cloth. Consult Kojo’s experts  if you have any doubt about a piece’s condition, we’re always here to assist with your care needs.

Care Instructions for Diamonds

Diamonds can scratch metals, stones, and other diamonds. Always keep them separated from other pieces. Clean your diamonds with soapy water or a little grease remover mixed into water, then thoroughly rinse. Dry gently with a clean, non-lint cloth. For tougher residues, use boiling water with a drop of dishwashing liquid, then dry as above. Have your diamonds checked by Kojo experts every 1–2 years, or whenever you’re concerned about their condition.

Care Instructions for Gemstones

Store your lab-grown gemstone jewelry separately in its Kojo case or a soft pouch to prevent scratches. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents to keep the stones vibrant. Clean gently with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth; avoid ultrasonic cleaners.

Care Instructions for Gold

Gold jewelry can be scratched or dulled by everyday wear. To protect your piece, store it separately and avoid wearing it during rough activities. Clean gold gently with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. If your gold appears dull or scratched, bring it to Kojo for a professional polish to restore its original shine.
